Considering your questions :

1. Doesnt mean nessecarily more money but more flexibility in applying the actions to reality. Also the upper limit of financing could go to 300000 euros (in large scale EVS could go up to 100000 euros). On the other hand financing of all actions could be up to 65% of the costs and for coordination could go to 50% of the costs.

2. yes we will have the same activities

3. No coordination meeting will not be covered by 100%. On the other hand is a matter of budget management from the moment that we could calculate permanent staff costs without limit or to put it in other way - our contribution could be covered totally by salaries of staff. In EVS large scale we cannot do it. In that way we could cover travel and subsistence costs 100%.

4. The deadline every year is March. So in 2006 would be on March.

5. that is the most interesting question. If you see the guidelines carefully you would see the Innovative projects are very very flexible. And for sure we dont need to follow the same procedures as in EVS itself. Plus is that we could include countries that are not nessecarily program countries but partner countries. In that sense Romania and Bulgaria will not have a participation problem.
